Joey Alvarez graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Marketing. Immediately following graduation, Joey began his career in the banking and finance industry working for Citigroup. There, he began working as a loan officer and eventually managed a branch for automobile dealership financing. After 10 years in the finance industry, Joey made a switch from taking care of car dealerships to healthcare where he managed medication packaging needs for long term care communities. Nine and half years later, Joey continues to work for TwelveStone Health Partners covering the entire state of Tennessee for compliance medication packaging needs for individuals and long term care communities.
Joey has 2 daughters , Lanie and Addison. Away from work, he spends most of his time being active with his girls. Most weekends are spent outdoors doing something fun like playing in the backyard, biking, or just about anything that keeps them moving. Joey is committed to his health and enjoys going to the gym, and playing in adult soccer and softball leagues.
Joey is on the board for Rutherford County Geriatric Council and is a graduate of Leadership Rutherford class of 2017.
